As a company, how we live it
Life is too short to waste in doing things that just don’t matter. We want every interaction with our clients, teammates, and suppliers to make a difference. We love it when someone tells us that something we did for them was so worth it!

Change is going to happen. But will that change be good or bad for your business? We plan to improve. We look for opportunities to enhance our systems, processes, and services, so that we can better help our clients, teammates, and suppliers. We don’t have to do everything perfect now. We know that small incremental improvements all year long make a huge difference in the end.

ProfitArch™ wants me to be the best me that I can. I own my processes and can make changes that improve how I do my job. They invest in my development through educational assistance, goal setting, formal mentorship, and teaching opportunities. I’m rewarded for my contributions to improvement.

As a company, how we live it
Serving others is a special privilege. It is very hard to serve someone that you don’t know or respect. We want to see you for who you are: Someone who has desires, hopes and dreams. We are honored to be part of your journey to reach them.

ProfitArch™ treats me with respect. I’m given the flexibility to express myself and create a role that supports the other aspects of my life. Because ProfitArch™ sees me as a person, I’m comfortable opening up and showing where I can use some help. I’m not condemned; I’m cared for.
As a team member, how I personify it
I want to “See Others First” in every interaction that I have. When I’m making a decision, I stop for a moment and ask myself, “How is this decision going to affect my teammates or clients? Will it make it better for them also or just for myself?” Life isn’t all about me. It’s more about who and how I serve. I’m willing to forgive when someone comes up short and hope that they will do the same for me.

There is no place for surprises in finance. We firmly believe that with correct planning and preparation, combined with effective communication, our teammates, clients, and suppliers will be ready when the unexpected occurs. Because we are prepared, we are ready to take advantage of the new opportunity.

ProfitArch™ have set clear expectations for me. I know what I need to do. More importantly, I know what success looks like. Together we have created a career path, so I know what I’m working towards. I receive regular feedback on my performance, so I know where I can make changes.

As a team member, how I personify it
I’m part of a team and they are relying on me to make things happen. When things are not going to plan, I take ownership of the problem and make sure to over communicate what the situation is, so there are “No Surprises” and so I can get assistance. My teammates and clients deserve as much notice as I can give them.

I didn’t realize before how nice it is not to have to worry about all the minutiae that ProfitArch™ takes care of for me. We set expectations and we move forward growing my business without the worries I had before. With better communication, we can make faster decisions and take advantage of the opportunities that I find.
